This was the second time the Council sought advice from the creator regarding how to deal with human beings who abuse their powers by harming others.   And the first mighty angel, he who speaks on behalf of the others, spoke boldly. Now this was not arrogance or presumption on his part. He just knew from past experience that God was going to begin by having him review all that has gone before in order to reach the bottom line and get to the point of the discussion.   And so the Lord of Creation reviewed what he understood the main issues to be.   Prayer is nice. It comes from the heart. Through prayer you can wish the best for others and for the world. You can "touch life with tenderness." And so I offer a prayer. There is a magical version of this prayer which I will post soon. In magic, you not only wish, dream, and visualize the best. You assume the prerogatives of Divine Providence and designate a time frame in which what you envision shall manifest. But magic is far more expensive than prayer. You have to actually do the training or "You have to do the work if you want the results."
