The Element of Water on the Physical, Astral, Mental, and Akashic Planes   (C) William R. Mistele, 2022   Note: See also my essay on water: http://williammistele.com/waternotesforjudith.pdf   Note: I will do a short video in a few days on facebook for meditating on water on the four planes. This is the seventh session of my on-line class on the water element. I am slowly working through all five elements. See my facebook timeline.     Introduction   The method is simple. Just imagine water inside your body or around yourself. For example, begin by focusing on your feet. Imagine cool water rather than blood is flowing through your feet and your whole body.   As we explore water in ourselves through direct, first-hand experience, we can also look ahead into the future and imagine various ways in which human beings can evolve. I call that line of study—spiritual anthropology.         Water in the Physical Plane   If I imagine cool water flowing t

This is the latest versions of my in progress novellas--The Admiral's Mermaid and The Mermaid Assassin. Two novellas in one pdf file. Screenplays will follow. To be honest with you, I do not think that any of my 55 relatives meditate. And I do not think they should. They are doing quite well operating in our shared world of physical reality. Whereas for 47 years I have meditated on average about two hours a day. I operate in multiple realities and I interact with many races of beings. And this is exactly as it should be. But actually, as I think about it, there is just one world and one reality. In this genre of supernatural thriller, I share with you images of the world in which I live. http://williammistele.com/twomermaidwomennovels.pdf
The empty mind exercise in Franz Bardon's Initiation into Hermetics, Chapter 1.  Question: How good should I get at this exercise? Response: I will answer your question shortly. But did I mention that there are all sorts of astral components to the exercise?  That is, on the mystical realms and siddhis associated with it.  See video above.
The Ocean of Love Exercise. In this exercise, we join physical sensations and feelings. Though you will not find a discussion of this in any texts of psychology, some people do this spontaneously. It is one of the powers of love.     Imagine that you are in the center of an ocean of water. This ocean extends in all directions around you. Imagine the water of this ocean as being cool, perhaps blue green, pure, and flowing.      Now, add to these imagined sensations of a physical ocean the feeling of love. The water becomes a presence that is nurturing, healing, renewing, and fulfilling. It brings to life whatever it touches. We are now within and part of an ocean of love.             Some will be able to imagine the sensations of water surrounding them but have difficulty adding the feeling of love. Recall again that the sea brought life into being and that it sustains life. The magnetic field within the sea offers us dreams of the way our consciousness can be extended and refin

The first test of a genuine cosmic religion is that, through spiritual means, it ends wars on earth forever.   Question: From your perspective, how do we eliminate wars? Is it a matter of trust, of neutralizing malice, glorification of one’s own nation and history, greed? What do you think is going on? Response: All I ask of world leaders is that they do not lie, deceive, or steal. That they do not act in a selfish manner and that they be free of corruption. That they be fair and just. That they solve a problem on its own terms without perpetuating the interests of specific groups or political organizations. And that they build things of great value that endure. It is my personal preference that they act according to the above. “Let justice fill the earth as water covers the seas” is a divine ideal. As an ideal, it represents a state of peace and elevated consciousness to be strived for.   After all, we elect and pay politicians to solve problems. We do not pay them to sa
